2. Working with your teams

  • This is bespoke work that would typically involve me delivering a keynote around the topic of “Perform and Transform” followed by an interactive workshop. This may include some of my unique models such as “Past/Present/Future” or “Be The Difference Today”. Working with you and your team in a dynamic and flexible format. This cultural transformation improves team wellbeing, productivity, customer relationships, easier team hiring and better team retention.

  • I also recommend exploring Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a team as part of a 1-2 day workshop with me.

3. Group Work - “Help People and Get Paid”

6 month mastermind for coaches and speakers.

This is intended for successful executives or business owners who want to develop their coaching, speaking and mentoring/consultancy business.. We will work a lot on BEING. We work on expressing ourselves from a place of who we truly are. We grow our businesses from a place of authenticity, alignment and flow. We support our fellow masterminders to do that as well. This is an evergreen mastermind and you can start when you want.

We focus on 3 areas:

  • You. Your relationship with your past, present and future. Use the value and experience of your past, live in the present as much as possible and create a compelling future.

  • Your Community. Develop and express your why/purpose. Connect with your tribe and community powerfully. Create leads and sales in a way that is aligned with who you are.

  • Your Work. Develop a plan around how you can use speaking, coaching and mentoring/consultancy to serve your clients. How to use different business models including 1:1 work, group work., online programmes and combinations of all three to best serve you and your clients.

The mastermind is £3,500 or 6 x £620 for six months. Many clients stay for longer.
