Coaching Terms & Conditions

1. Commitment to Confidentiality

All conversations and materials shared during our coaching sessions are treated as strictly confidential. I will not disclose any information about you without your consent, except:

• Where I reasonably believe you or another person is at risk of serious harm.

• Where disclosure is required by law or a court order.

• Where disclosure is necessary to obtain legal advice or defend myself against a complaint or legal claim.

  
  This commitment to confidentiality helps create a safe, trusted environment where real growth can happen.

2. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a partnership designed to help you clarify goals, explore options, and take action. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. You remain fully responsible for your choices, decisions, and actions during and after the coaching process.

3. Session Structure

Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes and conducted online (unless otherwise agreed). You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed before coaching begins. Payment is required in advance of the first session or according to the agreed payment schedule. Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeiting a session or termination of the coaching agreement.

6. Duty of Care

While coaching is a supportive and forward-focused process, if it becomes apparent that other forms of professional help may be beneficial, I may recommend this as part of your overall wellbeing.

7. Data Protection

Any personal information you share will be securely stored and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

8. Agreement

By commencing coaching, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and understand the boundaries of confidentiality and the coaching relationship.
